Returns Policy

Refunds for damaged goods on arrival and opening of packaging, or within fourteen days of reasonable wear* will be granted once the shoes have been returned. Postage, unfortunately, cannot be refunded.

*Reasonable Wear is considered normal shoe use within the guidelines recommended in our Shew Care tag. Determination of this will be entered into upon receiving and examining the returned shoes, is at the discretion of our team, and will not be negotiated or entered into.
